Musical Women Show and Social Hour “The Power of Lady Folk” presented by Aural Elixir featuring musicians Emily Yates, Maya Bennett, Molly Kollier, and Barbara Jo Kammer!
General public are absolutely welcome, all ages as always. No cover charge, suggested $5-$15 donation. Complimentary light snacks will be provided. Anyone is welcome to bring something to share if they are so inclined. Gluten free and vegan options will be abundant.
The tasting room will be open as usual from 4pm – 8:30ish. Social hour 5pm, show starts at 6pm.
The Musical Women Show is a series of ongoing performances that happen bi-monthly and feature 3-4 guest performers exploring the works of female composers/performers in the 20th & 21st century of American music. This debut in Longmont “The Power of Lady Folk” is an exploration of fierce female folk musicians and their timeless songs, universal themes, and honest insightful stories of vulnerability and fortitude.
I'm excited to announce that I'll be performing at the Harmony Foundation Alumni event next Friday evening, September 22nd! I hope my music continues to inspire and offer support to those affected by addiction. The Harmony Foundation provides treatment for addiction and a lasting relationship for alumni to celebrate recovery.
